Welcome to LazyDogTemplates ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at lazydogtemplates.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. Use of the Website
You may use LazyDogTemplates for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or harmful content
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content without written permission
2. Intellectual Property
All template designs, graphics, code, and content on LazyDogTemplates are the intellectual property of LazyDogTemplates or its licensors. Templates are provided under our Template License (see the License tab). The LazyDogTemplates brand, logo, and name may not be used without prior written permission.
3. Pricing & Purchase
LazyDogTemplates sells digital products on a per-item basis. There are no subscription plans or recurring fees. Each purchase is a one-time payment. Every template is offered under two license options — a Personal License for personal, non-commercial use, and a Commercial License for commercial and client work — each priced separately. You select the license that matches your intended use at checkout. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.

Our Invoice Generator is available free of charge to all users without registration. No purchase is required to use this tool.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that templates will meet your specific requirements or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyDogTemplates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our templates or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Template License
Every template is available under two licenses: a Personal License for personal, non-commercial use, and a Commercial License for commercial and client work. Choose the license that matches your intended use at checkout. Under either license, you may NOT resell or redistribute the original template files.
Personal License

- ✅ Edit, customise, and adapt templates to fit your needs
- ✅ Use templates for multiple personal projects
- ❌ Not for commercial, business, or paid client work — choose the Commercial License for that
Commercial License
- ✅ Everything in the Personal License
- ✅ Use templates for commercial projects, business use, and paid client work
- ✅ Use templates in presentations, pitch decks, and media kits for clients
- ✅ Use templates across multiple commercial projects
What You CANNOT Do (either license)
- ❌ Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files
- ❌ Upload templates to other marketplaces or template libraries
- ❌ Claim ownership or copyright of the original template designs
- ❌ Use templates in a way that competes directly with LazyDogTemplates
- ❌ Remove any embedded watermarks or attribution without permission
Attribution
Attribution is not required for purchased templates. For any specific licensing queries, please refer to the license documentation included with your download or contact us.

Contributor Terms
These Contributor Terms govern the submission, review, approval, hosting, display, promotion, listing, distribution, and sale of digital content submitted to LazyDogTemplates ("LazyDogTemplates", "we", "us", or "our") by contributors ("Contributor", "you", or "your").
By applying, uploading, submitting, or providing any content to LazyDogTemplates for review or publication, you agree to these Contributor Terms.
1. Curated Contributor Program
LazyDogTemplates operates a curated contributor program. All submissions are subject to editorial, quality, legal, and commercial review. Submission of content does not guarantee approval, publication, listing, continued availability, or acceptance into the program.
2. Eligibility
You may submit content only if:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement,
- you own the submitted content or hold all rights necessary to submit it,
- your submission does not violate any law or third-party rights, and
- the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
3. Contributor Ownership
Except for the rights granted in these Terms, you retain ownership of your original submitted content.
4. License Granted to LazyDogTemplates
By submitting content, you grant LazyDogTemplates a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to:
- review, test, host, reproduce, store, format, adapt, modify for technical or editorial purposes,
- display, market, advertise, promote, and feature the content,
- list, distribute, make available, and sell approved content through the LazyDogTemplates storefront and related channels,
- create previews, thumbnails, mockups, demos, and promotional materials using the content,
- use the content name, description, screenshots, metadata, and branding elements you provide for promotional and operational purposes.
This license continues for as long as your content is submitted, under review, published, or retained by us for legitimate business, legal, backup, enforcement, dispute-resolution, or archival purposes.
5. Storefront Control
LazyDogTemplates controls the presentation, categorization, listing format, approval status, publication status, and storefront display of approved content. Contributors do not operate independent storefronts on LazyDogTemplates.
6. Review and Approval
LazyDogTemplates may, in its sole discretion:
- approve or reject any submission,
- request changes, corrections, or additional documentation,
- edit titles, descriptions, tags, previews, thumbnails, and category placement,
- delay, suspend, unpublish, remove, or discontinue any content at any time.
We are not required to provide a reason for any approval or rejection decision.
7. Contributor Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or control all necessary intellectual property rights in the submitted content,
- the content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other right,
- the content is not unlawful, deceptive, malicious, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or harmful,
- the content does not contain malware, hidden code, spyware, ransomware, viruses, or other harmful components,
- any fonts, images, icons, code, audio, video, mockups, plugins, libraries, datasets, or third-party assets included in the submission are properly licensed for the intended use.
8. Prohibited Contributor Content
You may not submit content that:
- contains pirated, copied, or unauthorized material,
- imitates or duplicates another creator's product in a misleading way,
- violates sanctions, export controls, or applicable trade restrictions,
- promotes fraud, hate, harassment, exploitation, or illegal conduct,
- contains misleading claims about features, ownership, compatibility, or rights.
9. Technical and Editorial Changes
You acknowledge that LazyDogTemplates may make reasonable technical, formatting, presentation, metadata, branding, and editorial adjustments to submitted content or listing materials to meet platform standards.
10. Takedown and Removal
If LazyDogTemplates receives a complaint, infringement notice, legal claim, compliance concern, or internal quality issue relating to your content, we may investigate and may suspend, restrict, or remove the content immediately, with or without prior notice.
11. Contributor Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your submitted materials accurate, lawful, updated, and supportable. If we request proof of authorship, licensing, identity, or permissions, you must provide it within a reasonable time.
12. No Obligation to Publish
LazyDogTemplates has no obligation to publish any submission, continue offering any content, maintain any specific ranking or visibility, or preserve any listing indefinitely.
13. Termination
LazyDogTemplates may suspend or terminate your participation in the contributor program at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or commercial risk, or no longer meet our quality or compliance standards.
You may request removal of your unpublished submissions at any time. For published content, removal may be subject to reasonable operational, archival, legal, or customer-support requirements.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LazyDogTemplates and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your submitted content,
- your breach of these Terms,
- your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyDogTemplates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the contributor program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
16. Governing Law
These Contributor Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
17. Changes to These Terms
LazyDogTemplates may update these Contributor Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted or otherwise communicated to contributors.

Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LazyDogTemplates purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day refund window for eligible purchases. You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- You have not yet downloaded the purchased digital product.
- You paid but were unable to download the product due to a technical issue, platform error, or any reason outside your control.
- You paid but do not intend to download the product and have not yet done so.
- The product is materially defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue caused by LazyDogTemplates.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Digital products that have already been successfully downloaded.
- Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window.
- Purchases where the customer has violated the Terms & Conditions.
- Change-of-mind requests after successful download of the digital product.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@lazydogtemplates.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
