Terms & Conditions

Welcome to LazyDogTemplates ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at lazydogtemplates.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Use of the Website

You may use LazyDogTemplates for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content without written permission

2. Intellectual Property

All template designs, graphics, code, and content on LazyDogTemplates are produced in-house and are the intellectual property of LazyDogTemplates. Where a template includes a third-party asset such as a font or a stock photograph, that asset remains the property of its owner and is included under a licence that permits its use in a template sold to you.

Templates are provided under our Template License (see the License tab). The LazyDogTemplates brand, logo, and name may not be used without prior written permission.

3. What We Sell

LazyDogTemplates currently sells one kind of product: digital design templates, purchased individually as a one-time payment.

• Templates (one-time purchase). Digital products sold on a per-item basis. Each purchase is a single payment with no recurring fee. Every template is offered under two license options — a Personal License for personal, non-commercial use, and a Commercial License for commercial and client work — each priced separately. You select the license that matches your intended use at checkout.

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. Changes to a price do not affect a purchase already completed.

Free Tools

Our Invoice Generator is available free of charge to all users without registration. No purchase is required to use this tool. Ordinary editing in the LazyDog Editor is also free of charge — see section 5.

Planned, Not Currently Available

We are developing two additional offerings that are not currently active and cannot currently be purchased: an optional Editor subscription providing tokens for automated processing (see section 5), and quoted custom deployment work (see section 6). Neither is part of our current checkout. This section will be updated, and the product list above expanded, if and when either becomes available for purchase.

4. Payments and Billing

Template purchases on LazyDogTemplates are processed on our website checkout, handled by a third-party payment provider identified as the merchant of record and transaction provider at the point of payment. The following applies:

• We never receive or store your card details. Card and payment data are collected and handled by our payment provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). LazyDogTemplates does not have access to full card numbers, security codes, or banking credentials.
• All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a conversion rate and fees over which we have no control.
• Receipts and billing records are issued by our payment provider to the email address supplied at checkout.
• Taxes. Any sales tax, VAT, GST or similar charge applicable in your jurisdiction may be added at checkout and is shown before you confirm payment.

All template purchases are single, one-time payments. We do not currently offer any subscription or recurring-charge product. If a subscription product becomes available in future (see section 5), the terms governing recurring charges will be published here before it launches.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available in the tab above.

5. LazyDog Editor — Free Use, Subscriptions and Tokens

Ordinary use of the LazyDog Editor is free of charge and remains free. This includes editing text, moving and resizing elements, applying colours, fonts and brand settings, using elements, photos and backgrounds, layering, transitions and animations, opening and saving your own files, and exporting your finished work.

A paid, token-based tier for automated processing is planned but is not currently active and cannot currently be purchased. It is described below so the terms are public ahead of launch. Automated processing would mean work performed for you by artificial-intelligence models operated by us or our suppliers — for example rewriting, summarising or translating text, removing image backgrounds, and converting supplied files into editable slides. None of this is billed today; the Editor's AI-assisted features, where present, are currently offered at no charge.

The following terms are published in advance and will apply once this tier is available for purchase:

• Rates and allowances. The token cost of each automated action, and the token allowance included with each plan, are published on the site and within the application, and may be changed by us on reasonable notice. Changes do not retroactively alter tokens already granted.
• Complimentary balance. New accounts may receive a complimentary token balance. This is a courtesy, has no cash value, and may be varied or withdrawn for future accounts at any time.
• Carry-forward. Where a plan renews, a proportion of the unused balance — currently 50%, as published on the site — is carried into the following period in addition to the new allowance.
• Grace period. If a subscription lapses, the existing balance is retained for a grace period, currently 30 days as published on the site. If the subscription is not resumed within that period, the remaining balance expires.
• Cancellation. Tokens already granted for a period you have paid for remain available to you for the remainder of that period and the grace period described above. Cancelling does not forfeit tokens you have already paid for.
• No cash value. Tokens are a licence to use automated processing. They are not currency, are not transferable between accounts, cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash, and confer no ownership or property right.
• Availability. Automated processing depends on third-party AI services and an internet connection. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of these features, and temporary unavailability does not entitle you to a refund of a subscription fee.
• Output. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before use. See section 9.

A subscription grants tokens only. It does not include, unlock, or discount any template, and templates remain a separate one-time purchase.

6. Deployment and Custom Services (Not Currently Offered)

A WebKit is a complete product. You can buy it, add your own content and publish it yourself, with no further purchase needed — this requires nothing further from us.

We are not currently offering paid deployment, customisation, or other custom design work as a service. The terms below describe how such work would be handled if we offer it in future; they are not currently in effect and no such work can currently be requested or purchased.

• Each project would be quoted individually, and the price would depend on the size and complexity of the work. Any "from" price shown on the site is illustrative only. A quote request would not create a contract.
• Scope, price, payment schedule and deliverables would be agreed in writing before work begins, and billed by invoice.
• Deposits and staged payments may be required. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, deposits would be non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Final delivery — including transfer of a completed site to your domain or hosting — would take place after the agreed balance has been received in cleared funds.
• You would be responsible for supplying content, domain access, hosting credentials and any third-party licences required, and for the lawfulness of material you supply.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Our Templates

Every template sold on LazyDogTemplates is produced in-house. We do not operate a contributor or reseller programme, and we do not accept template submissions from the public for sale on the site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyDogTemplates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our templates, tools or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
